This Sunday, Allison and I will be doing a storytelling drop-in for the Scottish Wildlife Trust at the Falls of Clyde reserve at New Lanark. We’re getting paid in the form of a hedgehog house (which we’ll get to help make). In preparation for the workshop, I made a hedgehog hole in the gate of our back garden so that the little fellas (and gals) can travel about at dusk eating snails and slugs off of our plants…and then find their way home.
If you’re free, come along and learn how to help out our prickly neighbours, make a hedgehog house and hear some stories from our book of eco-tales.
The workshop runs on Sunday, August 6th from 1:00pm-2:30pm at the Falls of Clyde. To book go to: www.scottishwildlifetrust.org.uk/events
